Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe algoritmes voor de hybride genoomreconstructie met behulp van de complementaire informatie van zowel tweede als derde generatie sequentie informatie. We mikken op schaalbare algoritmes die kunnen omgaan met de reconstructie van grote en complexe genomen.
