Project description

EnEf aims to reduce CO2 emissions by improving existing processes to achieve higher energy efficiency. Innovation of these processes is brought about by industrial research, by collaboration between companies and from companies with research centers and knowledge institutions and by early implementation of innovative low-carbon technologies.

 
Role of Ghent University
Ghent University is mainly involved in WP4 of the project, which deals with industrial processes and will contribute to the energy-efficient synthesis of peptides for the pharmaceutical industry.
