The goal of the research project is: - to determine the infuence of the uniform CO2-index for Belgian vessels and to analyse the impact of additional specifications like the type of vessel and cargo. - to develop the different parameters for an emission trading system such as the geographical scope, the responsible entity and allocation of allowances.
