Climate change is one of the utmost challenges the world is facing today. In this regard, the PhD research investigates the impact of climate change on the water yield, pesticide concentration and crop yield in the Guayas basin (Ecuador) using the SWAT model, and aims to assess the environmental cost & benefits of changing land use under a changing climate.
