Projectomschrijving

We onderzoeken de rol van VEGF en stroomafwaartse transcriptionele regulatoren tijdens hematopoiese en leukemische transformatie. Hierbij maken we gebruik van in vitro culturen voor hematopoietiche stamceldifferentiatie en van in vivo experimenten aan de hand van transgene muis modellen.
