Project description

This research will focus upon ecological gait transitions (sudden acceleration as a reaction upon an extrenal stimulus) by means of a thorough kinesiological analysis. At the forefront will be development of theories upon motor control by using ecological gait transitions as a paradigm. Using forward modeling we will try to gain insights in the interaction between neuromuscular control and the physical properties of the system.
