The order for the environment reporting (MIRA) discloses the three elements 1) a description, analysis, and evaluation of the existing state of the environment; 2) a description, analysis and evaluation of the hitherto implemented environmental policies; 3) a description of the expected environmental development policy remains unchanged and changed policy according to a number of relevant scenarios.
