Projectomschrijving

Strigolactones are a recently identified class of phytohormones that control diverse aspects of growth and development. In this project, we want to acquire fundamental knowledge about the strigolactone-signalling network in Arabidopsis thaliana. This will be done using both transcriptomic and proteomic studies, and functional analyses of newly identified signalling components.
