Project description

Phthalates are added to food packaging as softener. It is important to assess the human exposure to phthalates due to health risks. The PhD-research consists of four parts:-Literature study about parameters that influence transfer of phthalates to foods -Perform measurement campaign, analyse the results-Develop exposure model-Calculate exposure and evaluate risks of the population
