Project description

In the medical field, there are currently several guidelines and recommendations that offer tools to streamline oncological treatments and associated follow-up for patients with cancer [6, 7, 8, 9].

Triggered by the challenges and impact that the COVID-19 crisis entails for oncological care provision, this project wishes to deploy tools and advice for care providers to optimize and improve psychosocial support following the COVID-19 pandemic. match the needs of this patient group and their partners. The project wants to offer tools and advice that can be used in the current acute phase of the COVID-19 crisis, as well as in the longer term. After all, it is to be expected that the consequences of the current COVID-19 crisis will also leave their mark on patients with cancer and their partners in the longer term.
