Project description

The core of our project is to develop a measurement, monitoring and evaluation system that provides insights into the quality of the operational support of the federal police to the local police. The starting point is to gain a better understanding of the actual service or not meet expectations, to improve services in this way, taking into account the limited resources available. Our project is built based on three concepts that help us to structure this project: (1) The gaps model to explain why expectations (perception) to actual service provision differ; (2) the development and implementation of SLAs in services and (3) the development and implementation of a measurement system for monitoring and evaluating the quality of operational services.
