Project description
Abnormal high expression of Myc (MYC/MYCN) transcription factor genes is found in several malignancies. Advanced experimental technologies will be applied to extensively interrogate gene expression and gene-DNA binding. This project aims to lead to a better understanding of the role of Myc in normal development and cancer by identifying which Myc driven genetic programs are deregulated in disease.
