Project description

To conduct an intake estimation of food items fortified with phytosterols/ stanols in the Belgian population. The study will use existing databases to estimate the natural occurring intake of phytosterols. Collecting specific information related to these food items will give the opportunity to estimate the risk of the Belgian population by using scenario-analyses.
