An IUC partner program is a long-term commitment to team effort and a deep partnership presupposes between Flemish universities and colleges, and a university in one of the partner of VLIR. This university is not considered an isolated recipient, but as an important subject in the field of university development at country level. The IUC partner program consists of a coherent set of projects with an overarching theme within some defined scientific key areas that contribute to national development priorities around.
