Kruisbandruptuur is een multifactoriële aandoening bij de hond met een zeer hoge prevalentie. Met behulp van whole exome sequencing zal gezocht worden naar causale genetische variatie gelinked aan deze aandoening. De geïdentificeerde causale variatie zal ons in staat stellen om de prevalentie van deze aandoening te reduceren.
