Antimicrobiële resistentie is een alsmaar groeiend probleem en wordt vaak veroorzaakt door resistentiegenen gelegen op mobiele genetische elementen zoals plasmiden. In dit project willen we nagaan welke plasmiden afkomstig van Escherichia coli ons kunnen helpen om de verspreiding van cefalosporine resistentiegenen onder controle te houden
