Projectomschrijving

In dit project ligt de focus op de zoektocht naar causale genetische variatie verantwoordelijk voor een nieraandoening (progressieve juveniele nefropathie) en een hartaandoening (tricuspidalis klep dysplasie) bij de hond. De hond is een diermodel voor gelijkaardige aandoeningen bij de mens, nl. Alport syndroom en tricuspidalis klep dysplasie.
