Project description

In this cluster-randomized, multicentre, clinical trial, we want to evaluate the effectiveness of a multi-modal intervention (education, diet and exercise), in comparison with usual clinical practice, in frail and pre-frail subjects aged ≥70 years with Type 2 Diabetes. The primary outcome will be difference in function, two years post randomization.
