Project description
The purpose of this research proposal is to investigate and compare the short- and long-term effects of three intensive behavioral voice therapy approaches in the intervention of adults with unilateral vocal fold paralysis. A longitudinal randomized sham-controlled trial with a cross-over design will be used. The effects on neuromuscular and (supra)glottic activity, vocal quality and patient’s self-report will be determined.
