The project intends to develop a possible European framework for cooperation in the fight against undeclared work. Social fraud often is a cross-border phenomenon. However, the fight against this type of fraud is a difficult task for the different competent inspection services, which face various practical and legal problems. This study wants to research all these problems and investigate the possibility to develop a broader European framework for the fight against cross-border social fraud.
