Projectomschrijving

At UGent-LCT we created PR1ME, a high-level modeling solution for hydroprocessing complex feedstocks. Within this IOF Advanced project, we will transform PR1ME into a market-ready product, PR1ME Premium, which targets process technology licensors, hydroprocessing catalyst producers, oil refiners and the Engineering, Procurement and construction companies. To obtain PR1ME Premium and successfully launch the spin-off company HyProM Tech, we will have by the end of the project: 1. On the software: a. optimized the architecture and molecular reconstruction module to increase the software's execution speed and robustness (go/no go milestone, WP1- 2) b. extended the kinetic model towards extra-heavy feedstocks (C55) and included a catalyst deactivation module (WP3) 2. Created a model-parameter library for efficient model configuration (WP4) 3. Obtained at least three industrial datasets of which at least two of them were successfully reproduced (WP4-5) 4. Validated our product portfolio and have 2 commercial licenses signed (WP5)
