The present application aims at pursuing the development of a human Biobank network among the consortium of eight Belgian university hospitals to streamline research opportunities on human materials. This application aims (i) at implementing convergent SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for tissue collection and processing, local databases, legal and ethical rules, and (ii) at linking together Belgian university hospitals through a catalogue software presenting an inventory of samples available in each center.
