Projectomschrijving

Dit onderzoeksproject beoogt de cellulaire functie van de tumorsuppressor PHF6 in normale T-cel ontwikkeling en T-ALL te ontrafelen, alsook de transcriptionele netwerken waarin PHF6 betrokken is te identificeren. Additionele proteoomanalyses zullen worden aangewend om het transcriptiecomplex waarvan PHF6 deel uitmaakt te karakteriseren. Dit project beoogt op langere termijn nieuwe moleculaire doelwitten te identificeren voor gerichte behandeling van T-ALL patiënten.
