Project description

This research project aims to unravel the role of the tumorsuppressor gene PHF6 in normal T-cell development and T-ALL and identifying the transcriptional networks in which PHF6 is involved. Additional proteomics analyses will be applied to characterize the transcriptional complex in which PHF6 participates. This project aims on longer terms to identify new molecular targets for treatment of T-ALL patients.
