Projectomschrijving

Mensen hebben voldoende en een goede kwaliteit van slaap nodig om fysiek en psychisch te herstellen. Het voorliggende project beoogt de wederkerige relatie tussen de bevrediging van de psychologische behoeftes aan autonomie, competentie en relationele verbondenheid enerzijds en subjectieve en objectieve slaapkwaliteit anderzijds doorheen een reeks van cross-sectionele, dagboek- en longitudinale studies in diverse steekproeven na te gaan.
