Project description

Human beings need sufficient and good quality of sleep to replenish their physical and mental resources. The present research project aims to study the reciprocal relations between the satisfaction of psychological needs for autonomy, competence and relatedness on the one hand and subjective and objective sleepquality on the other hand through a series of cross-sectional, diary and experimental studies in diverse samples.
