Projectomschrijving

De lokale productie van immunoglobulines is afhankelijk van mucosale lymfoide accumulaties en bepaald de ernst van neuspoliepen. De rol van receptor revisie en lokale klasse switching wordt hier onderzocht. De diagnostische en therapeutische relevantie wordt bepaald met in-vivo scintigrafie met 99mTc-gelabeld anti-CD20 (B-cel) en IL-2 (T-cel) na chirurgie of een gerichte therapie (anti-IgE, anti-IL-5 en anti-CD20).
