Projectomschrijving

De levensduur van de nematode Caenorhabditis elegans zal extreem worden verlengd door combinatie van mutaties en aanpassing van het voedingsregime. Vervolgens zullen verschillende factoren van zijn fysiologie worden gekarakteriseerd via transcriptoomanalyse en in-vivo metingen van energyiemetabolisme, zuurstofradicalen en eiwitmetabolisme.
