Project description
 

For in vivo application of therapeutic siRNA, effective delivery is still defined as the major hurdle to overcome. Also, appropriate attention should be paid to optimize the gene silencing effect, both in terms of magnitude and duration. The major focus of this project is therefore the design of dextran nanogels for intracellular controlled release of siRNA.
