Project description
Measuring and developing teachers' social-emotional skills is a priority, but the lack of empirical evidence hinders progress. This project aims to address this by using a longitudinal design to examine the relationship between teachers' characteristics and students' outcomes, employing text mining to extract information on beneficial teaching characteristics from students' descriptions, and developing an assessment tool for teachers' social-emotional skills.
