Project description
In dit project wordt nagegaan in welke mate individueel sociaal kapitaal de kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve achterstelling van etnische minderheden op de Belgische arbeidsmarkt kan verklaren. In het eerste deel wordt onderzocht in welke mate er etnische verschillen in sociaal kapitaal zijn. In het tweede wordt nagegaan in welke mate deze verschillen bijdragen tot de benadeelde posities van etnische minderheden op de arbeidsmarkt.
