Project description
Monitoring communities has been a key pillar to assure the performance. Starting from the simplest model, a synthetic community involved in the production of nitrate from urine, flow cytometry combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), was used to characterize the community in batch. Biofilm development and production of N2O was also monitor for fully characterization of this simplistic model.
