Project description
The equipment allows O2-consuming and/or CO2-producing samples such as foods, micro-organisms and plants to be stored under a continuous flow of constant gas concentrations (e.g. O2, CO2, N2) at controlled relative humidities. This allows to gain fundamental and quantitative information how and in what extent a surrounding gas atmosphere influences the behavior and/or stability of these biological samples.
