The general aim of CropExplore is to inspire companies and to stimulate new products based on vegetable raw materials that are new to the market or new to the application, by familiarizing them with existing information, and pointing the way to new and less known raw materials and applications. This by mapping the different raw materials, both in terms of nutritional quality, technological functionality and impact on product and taste, as well as on sustainability characteristics and economic feasibility. Existing knowledge and new knowledge will hereby be added bundled and presented in a way that allows the raw materials to be compared to make.
