Projectomschrijving
Binnen dit project zal een spin vriesdroogtechnologie gebruikt worden om mRNA vaccins te lyofyliseren zodat deze ook bij koelkasttemperaturen of op kamertemperatuur stabiel blijven. Hiervoor zullen verschillende mRNA vaccin formulaties geevalueerd worden waarbij een geavanceerde analytische toolbox gebruikt zal worden om de impact van het vriesdrogen op de vaccins te onderzoeken.
