Project description

LC-MS/MS methodology will be developed for the detection of masked mycotoxinsin cereals and cereal-based food matrices. A survey will be performed on masked mycotoxins in wheat, oats, mais and their products. High resolution mass spectrometry will be used to identify new metabolites. The influence of the genotype on the presence of masked mycotoxins will be studied in in vivo and in vitro experiments.
