Project description

T cells are essential in the immune system for clearing pathogens and tumor cells. T cell development is driven by Notch signalling. In this project, we wish to determine the precise mechanisms of Notch signalling during T cell development, and study its interaction with other signalling pathways that are critical in this development process.
