The project aims to optimize all aspects of brewing barley cultivation so that professional grain growers have the necessary tools to deliver a high-quality product to the malting and brewing sector and thus developing a Flemish chain. In this way, brewing barley can occupy a full place in the cultivation plan of the grain growers, which allows them to broaden their crop rotation and work more sustainably.
