Projectomschrijving
 

Het doel van het project is de ontwikkeling van alfa-fetoproteïne immunoassays in bloed voor de effectieve point-of-care (POC) diagnostiek, met inbegrip van de synthese van optimale roodinfrarood (RIR) quantum dots (QDs), hun oppervlakte-modificatie, assayformaat en uitleessysteem.
Vergelijking van de testresultaten voor bloed, plasma en serum zal worden uitgevoerd om de mogelijkheid van bloed POC-diagnostiek op basis van immunoassays met RIR QD te bewijzen.
