The project aims to develop tools (ranging from practical handholds, to knowledge or working methods) for organizations, large-small and sector-wide, to promote an inclusive policy and an integrated, sustainable support base for diversity in the workplace. We focus specifically on workplaces where low-skilled workers with and without a diverse migration background work together."
