Project description
 The CUSTOMEAT project explores technologies for structured cultured meat production by merging biomedical engineering and food technology. This PhD focuses on developing an edible, plant-based, cell-adhesive 3D matrix, integrating plant-based fat particles, and investigating tissue engineering's impact on cell differentiation.
