Project description
zowel in Chinese als Belgische onderzoeksinstellingen worden volgende onderzoeksonderwerpen behandeld: 1. Ontwikkeling van sneltesten voor mycotoxinen (antilichaam-gebaseerde tests molecularly imprinted polymers) 2. Onderzoek naar het voorkomen van Fusarium toxinen in groenten en kruiden, aanwezig op de Chinese markt 3. Studie naar de Fusarium spp. Diversiteit in maïs en banaan in China (met onderzoek naar de fumonisine biosynthese gene cluster)
