Project description

Pediatric patients with relapsed tumors are increasingly being treated according to a common genomic alteration, rather than their disease subtype. To gain insights in the working mechanism of these drugs and explain differences in response to therapy we analyze the RNA signature in the plasma of patients during their treatment.
