Project description

Chronic inflammation in autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus is controlled by the transcription factor NF-kB. Using cell specific knockout mice, this project aims to evaluate the effect of cell specific deletion of an NF-kB inhibitor, A20, in the development of autoimmunity.
