Project description
In dit project zal ik fundamentele kennis produceren over de identiteit en functie van de plant metacaspase proteines. Hierbij zal ik gebruik maken van biochemische, moleculaire en cel-biologische technieken. Ik zal werken aan de identificatie van metacaspase substraat porteines (het degradoom) met het oog op de manipulatie van geprogrammeerde celdood in arabidopsis thaliana.
