1. Understand the existing leisure activities for children and young people in poverty during the summer (July-August), especially in the collaboration of municipal services, social services and representatives of people in poverty in Leuven, Oostende and Ronse. It will be asked to identify relevant actors and networks, and then expose used methodologies, funding channels, networks and frameworks. 2. Understand the impact of such operations on children and young people in poverty and 12 through perception by users, non-users and service providers to get a picture on the positive and negative experiences of children and young people in poverty and their parents, as experiencing barriers to participation, compared to the existing offer. It is requested to give special attention to growth opportunities in specific leisure activities for children and young people in poverty, and this particularly in Leuven, Oostende and Ronse. 3. Understand any gaps and opportunities in existing policy and through the research opportunity to identify new links to mainstream youth and youth welfare work for children and young people in poverty by means of dissemination of examples of "good practice" in youth -, poverty and welfare
