De dopamine D4 receptor is een G-eiwit-gekoppelde receptor. We hebben aangetoond dat deze receptor geubiquitineerd wordt door KLHL12 (een Kelch-BTB eiwit) en willen in dit project onderzoekn wat de functionele rol van deze receptorubiquitinatie is.
