In this project the aim is to demonstrate the ability to have phase modulation at several tens

of GHz using traveling wave electrode designs combined with waveguides in a MachZehnder configuration. The ability of our material to operate at high frequencies should

convince industrial partners to integrate our patented technology into their PIC platform.
