Ons recent ontwikkelde mRNA replicon platform zal worden gebruikt om een innovatieve immunotherapeutische combinatiebehandeling voor triple negatieve borstkanker te ontwikkelen. De combinatie omvat drie onderdelen: (1) een mRNA replicon gebaseerd therapeutisch kankervaccin dat codeert voor het universele tumor-geassocieerde antigen p62, (2) een regelbaar mRNA replicon dat IL-12 onder controle van een geregistreerd geneesmiddel produceert, en (3) anti-PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor.
