Project description
We here aim to develop a new “CLIPS”-like strategy towards cyclic steroid-based peptides based components which can be applied for interference with protein-protein interactions. Cysteine-flanked biologically active peptides will be grafted onto a steroid derivative. Besides conformational restriction of the peptide, we aim at increasing the bioavailability .
